The second guy is of course, Pinoy! I don't know for you but i found him cute, he looks likes (a much fresher and younger) Danilo Barrios. Love his teeth! The commercial provides us a Youtube feel, which adds a sense to the video contest they are hosting, which the winner will be a star in his own commercial. This ad features Itchyworm's "Akin Ka Na Lang" Unluckily i don't have infos on this guy.

hi there! i just saw him a while ago in a birthday party. (yes this is the truth) HE's name is Lucky but I don't know what's the last name. and He said there's a show in GMA (upcoming show) That is his show. It Will be aired on August 2. I see him in personal! he's cute :p (yes believe me but he's a bit darker than the face of his in youtube :) (i mean commercial)
