Katrina Halili, Iwa Moto and Dennis Trillo will star in the 8th installment of Sine Novela Presents: Magdusa Ka, a remake of Dina Bonnevie's 1986 flick. Katrina Halili finally leaves sexy kontravida (villain) roles to Iwa Moto. Magdusa Ka will start on Monday (May 12, 2008) and directed by: Maryo J. de los Reyes. Catch the "Magdusa Ka" cast on the following dates: May 11 on SOP (Grand Launch), May 11 on Showbiz Central, May 12 on SiS, and there will be a mall tour tomorrow (May 11) at SM North Edsa @ 5:30 pm.

Quick Synopsis
Christine Doliente (Katrina Halili) has lived a life of poverty with her mother. She dreams that she will have a better life than the one she has right now. So when she discovers that her father is very much alive and very rich, unlike her mother's story whom she says he's already dead, she slowly creeps to the lives of his father's new family, inching her way slowly to the top. But when her plan backfires on her, she realizes she already gave up a lot just for her blind ambition.
