"Circus" is the latest single released by Britney Spears. The song was recorded for her 6th studio album of the same name. The song was written & produced by Dr. Luke and Benny Blanco. The song was announced as the second single by Spears' official website on October 31, 2008.

The music video of Circus leaked online on December 3, 2008. The video was to officially premiere on December 5, on Entertainment Tonight. However, due to the leak and public interest, Entertainment Tonight and Britney Spears' management decided to change the date of the world premiere to December 4th.
