2PM is a 6-member boy band from Seoul, South Korea. They are managed by Park Jin-Young of JYP Entertainment. The members of 2PM are Chansung, Wooyoung, Nichkhun, Junho, Jaebeom, Junsu, Taecyeon.
On September 4, 2009, articles surfaced on the internet regarding Jaebeom's posts on his personal Myspace account about his dislike for Korea & Koreans way back in 2005. Some of the things she said is:
“Korea is g-ay…I hate Koreans…Korea is w-hack…but everyone thinks I’m like the illest rapper when I suck nuts at rappin”
Jaebeom issued an apology regarding this matter.Although outraged protesters demanded that Jaebeom should be forced out of 2PM, JYP Entertainment CEO Park Jin-young stated on September 7 that he was going to continue to remain part of the group. The following day, Jaebeom announced on his offical fancafe that he would be leaving the group and returning to the US, and apologized to the other 2PM members for not being a good leader and older brother to the group.
Just today, Jaebeom (Jay Park) leaved Korea on an afternoon flight at Incheon Airport with over 500 fans literally screaming, crying, and begging for him not to go.
