But sadly her popularity didn't turn-out as box office hit, just look at Tarot which grosses only P18 million after 3-weeks in theaters. I think this is the same reason why her Nieves movie is shelved.

Vice Ganda - Petrang Kabayo Remake

Vice Ganda is getting all the good breaks these days. Aside from being in the hit show, Showtime, Vice Ganda is set to star in the remake of “Petrang Kabayo“ which will be produced by Viva Films & will be helmed by Wenn Deramas.

Petrang Kabayo is a hit movie in the early 90’s with Roderick Paulate in the title role. Vice Ganda or Jose Mari Viceral in real life, although a bit worried in giving justice to the role, Vice Ganda shared his excitement about doing Petrang Kabayo movie remake.

Sam Pinto Pretty Pictures (Pinoy Big Brother Double Up Housemate)

Samuelle Lynne Pinto or simply Sam Pinto as we all know her as one of the housemates of the phenomenal reality show in the Philippines, Pinoy Big Brother Double Up. Too bad she is already evicted from the Big Brother house.

Sam was born on December 11, 1989 and take her High School at Christian Harvest University according to her Facebook page. He is currently enrolled at De La Salle College of Saint Benilde.

Mayen Austria Versus Kris Aquino

ABS-CBN talent, Kris Aquino confronts Mayen Austria, the rumored girlfriend of her husband, James Yap.

Mayen Austria, 35 years old, who resides in Valle Verde 2 is said to be the cause of the almost split up of the marriage of Kris Aquino and James Yap in December 2009. What really happened was Kris Aquino was bothered when she heard James Yap talking on the phone with a girl who was crying. Kris learned from James that the girl was heartbroken and was confiding in him. Mayen got closed to James Yap because she is a fan of Purefoods, Yap's basketball team at PBA.

This is Mayen Austria's Text Message:

"To everyone. Kris Aquino passed by house to make me sugod. She spoke to my mom. Very mad, berating us saying i always text and call james. That my mom didn't bring me up right. That we shouldn't be talking to married men. She said she's leaving james and to know that i am the last straw and the reason for their break-up. My family has great respect for Teopacos who are our family friend. Mrs. Teopaco is Cory's youngest sister. My mom raised us right. My mom didn't deserve all that. James missed called and texted na he warned me pupunta siya [Kris] sa house. He called me to apologize and say sorry. Kris said we had something going on. I don't deserve this. Most especially my mom. I have chemical depression and could have easily taken an overdose of p-ills because of the incident. Top Rank just settles for a Manny Pacquiao vs. Joshua Clottey Match and in Dallas, Texas too, following the collapse of the Manny Pacquiao vs. Floyd Mayweather, Jr. boxing match in Las Vegas.

Joshua Clottey is a boxer from Ghana, and was defeated by Miguel Cotto in June 2009 in New York. The Pacquiao vs. Clottey bout will be held on the same day scheduled for the aborted Pacquiao-Mayweather fight, March 13, 2010. Floyd Mayweather, Jr. is said to be scheduled to fight at the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas on the same day with Paulie Malignaggi.

Manny Pacquiao will leave for the US on Jan 17, to begin his 8-week training for the Joshua Clottey boxing match. The Pacquiao-Mayweather fight was cancelled after both parties could not agree on the blood-testing procedure, mainly because the Mayweather camp suspects Manny Pacquiao is into performance-enhancing drugs. Clearly, Gayweather is a CHICKEN.

Kim Chui Scandal

After her mature role in the hit MMFF entry “I Love You Goodbye”, ABS-CBN's Kim Chiu appears in the latest issue of Metro Magazine which shows her weird cleavage. I mean, she barely has none.

Kim Chiu will next be seen in the primetime series, “Kung Tayo’y Magkakalayo,” set to premiere on January 18 on the Kapamilya stationn. She also stars in the latest Kimerald Star Cinema movie, “Paano na Kaya?” based on the song by Pinoy Dream Academy’s Bugoy Drilon, showing already on January 27, 2010.
