'This Is It' Song - Michael Jackson

"This Is It" is the very first single from Michael Jackson's 1st posthumous album, This Is It, which accompanies the upcoming Sony Pictures motion picture release Michael Jackson's This Is It. It is the only new song on the album.

Though the exact date of recording is unknown, several sources suggest that it was a rejected recording from Off the Wall from 1979.

"This Is It" features backing vocals from Michael's brothers, The Jacksons, though it is unclear whether these vocals were recorded at the same time as the rest of the song, or if they were added after Michael Jackson's death.

Michael Jackson Pepsi Video - 1984

Back in the year 1984, Michael Jackson & his brothers filmed a commercial for Pepsi-Cola that went horribly wrong & is now believed to have sparked Michael Jackson's lethal addiction to prescription painkillers.

The previously unseen footage was released by UsMagazine, The $1.5 million commercial — filmed at the Shrine Auditorium in LA, California — used extreme pyrotechnics that famously caught Michael Jackson hair on fire.

In the said video clip, Michael Jackson is seen successfully finishing 1 take of the Pepsi commercial where pyrotechnics go off around him, but unluckily on the 6th take, the explosion happens too soon and Michael Jackson’s hair ignites. Michael Jackson Funeral Tickets

I've just learned that the AEG Live is making 11,000 tickets to Michael Jackson’s memorial service free to fans. Michael Jackson fans wishing to attend the funeral service will have to register for the free tickets according to the event organizers.

The event will be taking place on Tuesday, July 7th at the Staples Center. More information will be announced this coming Friday morning.

This news denies the previous rumor that tickets were being sold for $25.00 apiece, along with t-shirts. It was said that the Michael Jackson family weren’t trying to profit from his memorial service, but only trying to break even.

Michael Jackson is 50

This Friday, king of pop turned 50. Michael Jackson said in a telephone interview on Good Morning America on ABC that he planned to celebrate his birthday with his children, The AP reported. “I’ll just have a little cake with my children, and we’ll probably watch some cartoons,” Michael Jackson said.

The pop superstar, who has been divorced twice and has 3 children, also said he was trying to provide a normal life for his children. “I am letting them enjoy their childhood as much as possible,” he said, adding: “I let them go to the arcade and go to the movies and do things. I think that comes naturally. I want them to get to do things I didn’t get to do.”
