Anthony Kim (Go Soo) and Joanna Han (Kim Hyun Joo)

It seems that people are interested in ABS-CBN's Marrying a Millionaire, look at my top 10 post, the theme song: Mahal Pa Rin by Sam Milby is my #2 post and the "Marrying a Millionaire Starts Today" is on the top 7.Wow it's the first time that my Top 1 and 2 post are not my 'Pinay $candal' LOLz.

Actually i just finished watching it today, even if it's late. ABS-CBN should move it's timeslot and what can i say Anthony Kim (Go Soo) is really a cutie, i don't like Anthony's partner in the soap named Joanna Han (Kim Hyun Joo) he looks like a villain. Haha. Rachel/Rachelle (Son Tae Yeong) is prettier than her, she should be Anthony's partner.

Normally i don't follow koreanovela, but this one is cute. Especially Anthony Kim (Go Soo) Here are some info/cute photos of him:

Quick Synopsis:

Want to marry a millionaire? Add one 'Average Joe', be one of eight women selected, and money from the television network station and you can.

Han Eun-young works as a clerk at a bank, trying to pay off the debts her step-mother and sister have piled on her. Kim Young-hoon is your regular, 'Average Joe', worker. He provides for his father, his older brother and his wife, as well as his younger brother.
One day, PD Yoo Jin-ha is asked to take over the project, "Marry a Millionaire". Reluctantly, he agrees to handle the project. His search begins for the perfect man to play the 'millionaire'. His goal is to use a man who is an average worker, but can pull off the facade of a millionaire. Kim Young-hoon is that man. Although he works hard for a living, there are many who can easily mistake him for a rich guy.
By chance, Eun-young is selected to be a participant in the TV show. Although the women are not supposed to know that this millionaire of theirs is just a regular worker, Eun-young knows his true identity.
How?
Simple. Young-hoon was her first love. After many years, they meet up again at a party. Although she didn't recognize him at first, she realized it was the young boy she had fallen in love with back in middle school. Although she says she made a mistake in liking him, being in the show with him is bringing up warm feelings once again.

KC Concepcion in a Special ' Maalaala Mo Kaya ' Post Valentine Episode on ABS-CBN

The minute Jerry Sineneng was told that he would be directing KC Concepcion for a special episode of Maalaala Mo Kaya, the respected director quickly went into

panic mode.

"Siyempre kabang-kaba ako kasi KC Concepcion na ‘yan, anak ni Ms. Sharon Cuneta, ni Mr. Gabby Concepcion," said Direk Jerry to the members of the press yesterday, February 11, in a press conference held at the 9501 restaurant in ABS-CBN, Quezon City.

Beyond KC's intimidating background, Direk Jerry—who is a veteran when it comes to his craft as well as in dealing with various kinds of showbiz character—was understandably more concerned about certain things common among showbiz personalities.

"I don't know her personally," he said bluntly, "baka may attitude, suplada ba ‘yan?"

But those questions turned out to be unfounded right from their first meeting and throughout the shooting.

"Napakabait. It's an honor for me to work with KC. It's a pleasure, it's a pleasure. She's very professional, sobra po ‘yong commitment t'saka yong passion. Wala akong reklamo sa batang ‘to. Kahit ilagay mo diyan or naka-upo lang siya sa isang sulok ok na siya wala siyang ere wala siyang ‘I want a room' ‘I'm so tired' wala siyang ganoon. Wala talagang ganoon, I swear, wala talaga siyang demands or anything," he observed animatedly.

TAKING THE PLUNGE. For her first television drama appearance, KC turned out to be a revelation—prompting ABS-CBN executives to remark that for an upstart, she definitely exceeded all expectations.

For the public, especially her fans, the anticipation to see KC on screen was worth the wait. Playing coy, or perhaps just being plain choosy, KC has always been swamped with TV and movie offers, but she always, politely, turned them down.

"I follow my instinct," said KC when asked on her considerations in choosing projects. "Hindi ko naman kasi po pinaplano talaga, e. Hindi po siya calculated talaga. Siguro blessing na lang din po that there are people around me who wants to support and who are inspired to work on certain project that will inspire certain people."

Of all the scripts submitted to the 22-year old stunner, one particularly stood up and stirred her interest. When the people behind Maalaala Mo Kaya learned that KC wanted to launch her acting career via the award-winning drama anthology program, their reaction was one of disbelief followed by exhilaration.

"KC is one of the most sought-after, not to mention multi-talented personalities in the industry today," beamed MMK production manager, Ginny Ocampo. "Kaya naman we're very happy na kami ang napili niya sa una niyang paglabas bilang isang aktres."

A WELL OF EMOTIONS. In the February 15 episode of MMK, KC plays the character of a rich young girl named Darlene. Her good fortune, however, changes drastically when her parents meet an accident. Darlene's mom [Agot Isidro] luckily survived but not her doting father [Ricky Davao].

Because of the tragedy, and with her father being the sole provider, Darlene and her family's life took a downturn. While her mother completely gave up on life, preferring instead to stay in the hospital bed, Darlene assumed responsibility and became the breadwinner; discovering the joys and at the same time the pains of a simple-yet-difficult life she never thought she'd experience.

When the trailer of the episode was played before the official presscon, everyone inside the room was awestruck with KC's depth and natural sensitivity as an actress. For someone who is so sheltered in real life and still feeling her way in front of the camera, KC has all the potential to be a serious actress like her parents.

A workshop, revealed KC, was instrumental in bringing out the actress in her. But it was also helpful in bringing out most of her pent up emotions. KC reasoned: "You really have to scratch the surface to know who you are before you take a role... magpakatotoo ka dapat as a person bago mo ma-play yung mga ganyang role, ng buhay ng ibang tao, istorya ng ibang tao."

KC dedicates MMK's episode to her mom, Sharon Cuneta. "I hope I make her proud," she humbly enthused with a wishful tone.

Based on the trailer alone, she most definitely will.

Watch KC Concepcion's TV acting debut this Friday, February 15, in a special post-Valentine episode of Maalaala Mo Kaya right after Maging Sino Ka Man on ABS-CBN.

For all those who can't relate here's a quick synopsis of the series. (Don't Worry, NO spoilers ahead!) I provided the One Love (OST) lyrics too!

Spring Waltz is a 20-episode Korean television miniseries that talks about the way love finds us the same way spring blossoms into our lives, bringing a sense of hope and gently embracing a long and harsh coldness of the winter as well as the loneliness in our hearts.

It was reported that the drama series has already been sold to nine countries including Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Philippines and others, which proves that this Korean novela has earned wide-spread attention from the media and the industry.

The story succeeded with Eun-young’s plane ride to Austria, where she happens to sit next to Song Ina, who is on her way to meet her childhood love, Jae-ha. However, Jae-ha (also known as Chris Y), who has now grown up to be a young, accomplished pianist in Austria, does not seem pleased with meeting Ina again after 15 years of separation. Eun-young, on the other hand, excited about her first overseas trip, bumps into Phillip (Jae-ha’s manager and best friend), who mistook her as Ina whom he was suppose to pick up at the airport. The four meet in different turns of circumstances and incidents, as the story of love, fate and destiny begins to swirl.

[Eun-young] meets Jae-ha on her train ride to a classical concert, a gift from Phillip. Jae-ha is also on his way to that concert too, in which he is performing. Though Jae-ha displayed reluctance and indifference to be friendly to Eun-young, the two are immediately attracted to each other – especially for Jae-ha, because of the way she reminded him of his long-lost childhood love (which is not Song Ina, as Ina mistakenly believes). After the concert, Jae-ha meets Eun-young again, but soon finds out that Phillip is romantically interested in her. Even with Ina by his side, and the fact his best friend is interested in Eun-young, Jae-ha cannot stop thinking about her. Eun-young, though she realizes that Jae-ha is a renowned pianist and Ina’s supposed first love, also finds herself drawn to Jaeha.

* Seo Do-young as Yoon Jae-ha (Christian Y.)

Jaeha is a talented classical pianist of the next generation who has been closely watched with deep interests and concerns by Koreans since he won a prize in a famous concert. Even though he was brought up in a rich and enviable family under his father who is a foreign diplomat, Jaeha is a lonely person having only one friend because of his eccentric and particular personality. He is a well-mannered and dutiful son to his parents and never harms others, but his piano melody always sounds sad. He is hidden in a veil showing his true feelings only to his best friend and manager, Phillip. He is a sad person keeping the secrets of the past that nobody knows although he has a charismatic personality and wonderful environment.

* Han Hyo Joo as Park Eun-young (Arianne)

Eun-young is a diligent person who works at her adoptive mother’s gimbap (Korean rolled rice) house in the daytime and sells homemade accessories and clothes at her street stand at night. Even though she could not finish her studies, she is a talented person who is good with her hands and is to be able to win the grand prize in a handicraft contest open to the public. She never looses her smile nor her dashing spirit although she lives in poverty. She has an opportunity to visit Austria from her prize winning in the handicraft contest and meets Phillip and Jaeha by fate. Eun-young who does not know of this ironic fate deeply misses Suho from her childhood. .

* Daniel Henney as Phillip

He is the only friend as well as the global manager of Yoon Jaeha. He was born to Austrian father and Korean mother and was expected to become a promising musician during his childhood. He plays the piano, the cello, the guitar, etc. Even though there are no musical instruments that he cannot play, he gave up playing music instruments. Instead, he decided to pursue his dream of a musician by becoming the manager of Jaeha who Phillip acknowledges as being a true musical genius. He is not only a considerate and warmhearted person who kindly understands Jae-Ha’s fretful personality but also is a romantic. Phillip is in love with Eun-young and despite knowing that she loves Jaeha, he chooses to stay by her side.

* Lee So Yeon as Song Ina (Yna)

She is a capable career woman who started her career from the bottom and became the director of the planning department in a leading classical record and concert planning company by her own ability even though the company is owned by her parents. Ina is a perfect woman with remarkable beauty, wonderful background, and outstanding ability, but there is only one thing that she earnestly desires for. It is Jaeha who played the piano with her during her childhood. She has exceptionally liked Jaeha ever since her childhood; thus, she gave up playing the piano and left for Canada to find Jaeha after he left Korea. She has a reckless personality to do so. However, she could not find Jaeha but completed her study in Art Business in Canada. She voluntarily tries to promote Jaeha’s debut in Korea after she happened to see an article of Jaeha activeness in Austria.

Supporting Cast

* Choi Ja Hye
* Kim Hae Sook as Eun-young's adoptive mom, also her aunt
* Choi Si Won as Eun-young's brother, also her cousin
* Eun Won Jae as young Jae-ha
* Han So Hee as young Eun-young

One Love (Spring Waltz OST)

Higher than the sky above you
Clearer than blue
Brighter than the rays of sunshine
Warmer than what you feel
More than all the wonders you see
It’s the most wonderful thing

Brighter than the living colors of flowers you see
Sweeter than the touch of water
Flowing from the mountain spring
More than all the wonders you see
It’s the most wonderful thing

One love…
I love you so
Love is the beautiful one
I love you so
Love is the beautiful one
All we need is love
Real love

Marvel at the sight of greenfields
Amazingly seen
Watch the colors of the rainbow
It’s a miracle you see
More than all the wonders can be
But there’s more than that

One Love…
I love you so
Love is the beautiful one

Greater than what you can feel
More than what you ever dreamed
This is better than your everything
One love…

I love you so
Love is the beautiful one

All we need is love
One love

The Chinese martial arts-inspired action-fantasy TV series "Kung Fu Kids" goes all-out in celebrating the Chinese New Year on February 7. To show solidarity with the Chinese-Filipino community, the show's child stars will be in the heart of Chinatown to add luster to the festivities.

The “Kung Fu Kids” stars led by Jairus Aquino will go to Binondo, Manila on Thursday to join the climax of the Chinese annual celebration of luck and prosperity that began the

previous day.

“Excited na nga po ako sa pagpunta sa Binondo. Naririnig ko po ang place na ‘yon pero kailangan, may kasama akong mas matanda sa akin para mag-guide sa akin. Pero pag nando’n na po ako, paliligayahin ko ang mga kids do’n. Kahit na rin po ‘yong mga adults (I am very excited to go to Binondo. I often hear about the place but I need to go there with grown-ups to guide me. But once I get there I promise to make the kids and adults there very happy),” Jairus said.

Fortunately, Jairus will be accompanied by his parents, who promise to let him move around freely to play with and to talk to other kids.

“Ipapakita ko po sa mga tao na ang isang tulad ko na batang artista ay magiging modelo para sa mga kabataan. (I will show people that a young actor like me can be a model for the youth),” Jairus added.

In ABS-CBN's "Kung Fu Kids", Jairus plays Lembot, a sickly nine-year old boy who wants to learn kung fu or Chinese martial arts to defend his younger sister and himself from the bullies, and to measure up to his father’s expectations.

He and his co-stars will join in the Binondo celebrations from 10 in the morning to 12 noon.

The other "Kung Fu Kids" are Paul Salas; Eliza Pineda of “Maria Flordeluna” fame; Jane Oineza from the kiddie gag show “Goin’ Bulilit”; Kristopher Dangculos from the reality talent search “Little Big Superstar”; Joshua Dionisio of “Super Inggo”; and commercial model Andre Garcia.

The "Kung Fu Kids" cast will also help launch the line of toys and merchandise based on the show, including t-shirts, slippers, costumes, accessories and the very handy “Kung Fu Kids” notebooks by Kiseki.
